Who we are

EQUAL PATH Foundation is a domestic-violence awareness nonprofit. Contact: info@equalpathfoundation.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email or phone, reason, and message you choose to send. Submitting opens an email draft on your device addressed to us — we only receive what you choose to send.
  • Updates list: if you join via a Google Form or by emailing us, we store the details you provide so we can send occasional updates.
  • On-device only: the app may store which updates you have already seen in your browser’s localStorage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs in the Stay Connected app as shipped.
  • We do not collect precise location for the app.
  • We do not offer push notifications yet (that would require a future third-party service and an updated policy).

Hosting

The static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those hosts may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) under their own privacy policies. We do not run a custom user database on this static site.

Crisis resources

Links to the National Domestic Violence Hotline, SMS, and 911 open your phone’s native apps or an external site. Those services have their own privacy practices. EQUAL PATH is not a crisis hotline.

Children

This app and site are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

Email us at info@equalpathfoundation.com to ask what we hold from messages you sent, or to request that we stop using your address for updates. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove local “seen update” markers.

Changes

If our practices change (for example, adding a form service, a newsletter tool, or push notifications), we will update this page and the date above.
